  9. MTXT_XL formats text and notes to be positioned on a plan or map, and creates a
  10. DXF format file for importation to a CAD system. The MTXT_XL command language
  11. is a superset of the COGO XL plotting commands and allows greater control of
  12. text size, placement, and style
